    Standard kennel - 1 dog $62/day

    Rates are charged per calendar day regardless of drop off and pick up times.

    ACT and NSW public holidays attract a 20% loading fee.

  • Dog wash

    We are able to bath and blow dry your dog during their stay for an additional fee. This service can be booked when you book in online.

Terms and Conditions

1.     Camp Bow Wow provides dog boarding services from the premises located at 429 Wallaroo Road, Wallaroo NSW 2618.
 2.     The Customer has requested that Camp Bow Wow provide dog boarding services to the Customer’s dog/s on the Terms and Conditions set out in this Agreement.
 3.     The Customer agrees and acknowledges that all dog/s have obtained up to date C5 vaccinations prior to check-in and will provide such proof of vaccination upon booking.  Dogs will not be able to stay if this proof is not provided.
 4.     The Customer warrants that their dog/s will be delivered to Camp Bow Wow at the time of check-in in a clean and tidy condition free from fleas or ticks. In the event that any dog/s are found to possess fleas, ticks or a like condition, Camp Bow Wow reserves the right to require the dog/s to be washed and treated as deemed appropriate with all associated costs incurred by the Company to be reimbursed by Camp Bow Wow at the time of check-out.  If a dog shows any signs of illness, disease or injury upon arrival it may be refused admission.
 5.     The Customer warrants that it has disclosed all medical and behavioural matters associated with their dog/s to Camp Bow Wow prior to check-in. The Customer acknowledges Camp Bow Wow has the right to refuse any dog that has considerable behavioural concerns that may pose a risk to staff.
 6.     In the event that a dog becomes ill or injured during their stay, Camp Bow Wow will use its best endeavours to contact the Customer as soon as possible after becoming aware of the illness or injury to discuss next steps. In the event that the Customer cannot be contacted within a reasonable time, Camp Bow Wow reserves the right in its absolute discretion to seek veterinary care for the dog if deemed appropriate.
 7.     All costs and disbursements incurred by Camp Bow Wow in seeking such medical care for an ill or injured pet will be reimbursed by the Customer at the time of check-out and the customer hereby indemnifies Camp Bow Wow from and against all such loss or expenses.
 8.     Camp Bow Wow reserves the right to refuse entry of any dog, and may also ask the Customer to collect the dog prior to departure date if it is aggressive and unable to be managed by staff.
 9.     All belongings left with the dog are done so at the Customers risk and the Customer acknowledges that the belongings may not be returned or may be returned dirty/torn or wet.
 10.  A booking confirmation fee, amounting to 50% of the total booking, is required upon making this booking. Bookings cannot be confirmed until the booking confirmation fee is paid.  The booking confirmation fee is not refundable, however we understand not everything goes to plan. For any unforeseeable reason you have to cancel your dog’s stay with us, we will gladly transfer your booking fee as a credit to your dog’s next stay, with the exception of all Christmas and Easter bookings where booking confirmation fees are non-refundable or transferable.
 11.  Refunds for cancellations:
  •  A full credit is offered for a future booking, less a $50 admin fee if cancellation is made 7 days or more prior to arrival.
  • A 50% credit is offered, less a $50 admin fee, for less than 7 days notice, but more than 2 days prior to arrival.
  • No credit will be provided if cancellation is made within a notice period less than 2 days.
 12.  All prices are subject to change without notice.  Fees will be updated on the website and fees for confirmed bookings will not be altered.
 13.   No refunds will be offered for early collections.
 14.  The Customer agrees to pay Camp Bow Wow the full the amount of each Tax Invoice issued to the Customer for services rendered under this Agreement without deduction or set-off at the time of check in of their dog/s.
 15.  Payments by electronic funds transfer shall not be deemed paid until Camp Bow Wow has received cleared funds in full.
 16.  Methods of payment accepted by Camp Bow Wow include cash, electronic transfer or online card payments through Stripe.  Please contact us if you need to establish a payment plan.
17.  The Customer indemnifies Camp Bow Wow, its employees, agents and subcontractors against:
  •  all damages, losses, expenses, suits and costs for any claims including any claim by any third party for loss or damage to any property, injury or death of any person or economic loss arising out of or relating to the behaviour or conduct of the Customer’s dog/s whilst this Agreement remains at foot; 
  •  all reasonable costs and disbursements which Camp Bow Wow may incur in recovering any sums due to be paid by the Customer to Camp Bow Wow, including but not limited to any debt recovery agency fees, court fees or legal fees; 
  • all claims, suits and costs associated in any way by the conduct of their respective dog/s which result in the damage to Camp Bow Wow’s property or the property of third parties; and
  •  all claims, suits and costs brought about by the conduct of their respective dog/s which result in injury to the Company’s staff or to third parties.
 18.  For the avoidance of doubt, Camp Bow Wow disclaims liability for general, direct, indirect, consequential, special, or incidental damages of any kind in respect of or in any way connected with the care of the Customer’s dog/s under this Agreement, except to the extent that such damage was caused by Camp Bow Wow’s negligence.
 19.  In return for payment of the Charges for the period during which Camp Bow Wow provides boarding services to the Customer’s dog/s, Camp Bow Wow agrees to:
·       properly house, exercise, feed and care for the dog/s;
·       keep the dog/s safe and secure; and
·       otherwise apply with its obligations under the Agreement.

 Medication Terms & Conditions

 ·       We are happy to administer any medications/supplements to your pet during their stay. Please ensure that all medications are properly labelled in their original packaging with your pet’s name and dosage amount/instructions.
·       It is important to note that whilst we take all due care when administering medications, we do not accept any responsibility for any reactions or side effects that may occur. If we are unable to administer your dog/s medication for any reason you will be notified.  If you are not contactable, your emergency contact and/or your veterinarian will be called, and they may be required to pick up your pet, and any costs incurred will be the responsibility of the owner.
·       Needles must be supplied as single use needles.
·       Please also note that all medications must come in your vets original packaging, no de-cantering and the dosage amount must be on the veterinary practices own label and match what you as the customer advises.
